When you open an account with mastoto, you enter into an agreement with us to use our platform for sportsbook wagering, live-dealer tables, and slot games. To withdraw from mastoto, you go to your Account menu, enter an amount, and confirm. Your withdrawal returns to the same payment method you used to deposit. Withdrawals to e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment settle within 2 hours; bank transfers settle within 4 hours. If your bank is experiencing technical issues (which sometimes happens around Idul Fitri or Idul Adha holidays), we hold your withdrawal in queue and process it as soon as the bank reopens.

Bonus and Promotional Credit on mastoto
Promotional credits issued by mastoto are non-withdrawable and expire 30 days after issue. If your account includes promotional credit, you must wager it on our platform before requesting a withdrawal. Winnings from promotional credit are withdrawable once the credit itself is exhausted.
